I’m Matt Stockland, the founder of Mind Adjustment and a dedicated holistic therapist committed to helping individuals achieve healing, balance, and empowerment.
With over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the powerful connection between mental health and physical well-being. My early work with clients facing emotional and psychological challenges inspired me to explore the psychology of the mind, leading to my qualification as a therapist and mindfulness coach in 2023.
My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, stress management, low self-esteem, anger control, and mindfulness training. Through personalized sessions and compassionate guidance, I’ve helped countless individuals regain confidence, improve emotional regulation, and cultivate a more positive, resilient mindset.
At the heart of my approach is a holistic philosophy one that views the mind and body as interconnected systems. Every coaching and therapy session is designed to support both mental and physical health, emphasizing the importance of lifestyle, movement, and mindfulness as key elements of recovery and growth.
