Join Myself  founder and dedicated therapist helping you towards healing and empowerment.

With over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, I have developed a deep understanding of the intricate connection between mental and physical well-being.  My first hand experiences with individuals facing mental health challenges inspired me to delve into the psychology of the mind, leading me to become a qualified therapist and mindfulness coach in 2023.

My expertise spans across depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, anger management, mindfulness, and promoting healthy living. I have successfully guided numerous clients towards achieving their goals in physical exercise, therapy, and mindfulness, empowering them with the skills and techniques to overcome their personal struggles.

 The heart of my approach is a holistic philosophy. I firmly believe in the interdependence of mind and body, shaping  coaching and holistic therapy sessions to reflect this integrative perspective. I emphasize the importance of a healthier lifestyle as a vital component of mental health recovery.

Upholding the highest standards of professional and ethical practice, i am  fully compliant with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (ICO) and  a proud member of the Association of Holistic and Complementary Practitioners (AHCP). At Mind Adjustment, i am passionately committed to guiding you back to a happier, healthier state of mind and body.
