I set up Mind Adjustment to help people struggling with their mental health .

My practice includes therapy and holistic wellness all enrolled into one integrating mindfulness practice, CBT based therapy, exercise and healthy eating to get the best results for my clients physical and mental health .


I have 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry working within exercise rehabilitation as well as a personal trainer, although the physical exercise had great results for my clients physically and mentally i wanted to go a bit deeper into the mind so i studied to be a Therapist within the psychology of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) .


My mission is to help as many people as possible reach their full potential either physically or mentally or both together .


I believe that with physical exercise, therapy and mindfulness it will lead the individual to a healthier lifestyle and is a vital component of mental health recovery .
