Therapy and Holistic Wellness go hand in hand together . ( Healthy Mind Healthy Body)

For me the whole therapeutic process is about integrating Mind and Body into one .

When the body is healthy it complements the mind and vice verser, when we are firing on all 6 cylinders we are in a great space. Carrying out physical activities where we are working the heart and lungs as well as the major muscles of the body is key to our physical wellness.


Our Mental Health consists of training the mind i call this (the internal gym)

to be calm involves focus and training the mind, such as carrying out mindfulness exercises being present in the now and not being in the future or past. Talking about our problems and airing them and looking deeper into our belief system about our selves and how others may perceive you.


At Mind Adjustment i combine an all round therapy experience integrating Therapy,Coaching and a Holistic Wellness program to reach your full potential to live the life and be the person you want to be .
